Position Overview


Chief of Staff Company is actively building a private pipeline of exceptional Chief of Staff professionals for future confidential client engagements.

This opportunity is designed for professionals interested in supporting high-performing executives and ultra-high-net-worth individuals through strategic operations, executive coordination, project oversight, lifestyle support, and organizational infrastructure management.

This is not a traditional administrative role.

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities will vary by client engagement and principal needs but may include:


Executive Operations

  • Manage executive workflows, calendars, priorities, and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
  • Oversee scheduling, operational systems, and administrative infrastructure
  • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of projects and deliverables
  • Maintain organized records, workflows, and communication systems


Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to executives or principals
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify solutions
  • Support strategic planning and execution
  • Assist with executive decision-making preparation and coordination
  • Track ongoing initiatives and provide status updates


Lifestyle & Private Operations

  • Coordinate vendors, household support, and external service providers
  • Support personal and professional logistics
  • Assist with event coordination and executive hospitality arrangements
  • Operate professionally within confidential and high-visibility environments


Communication Management

  • Draft and manage professional correspondence
  • Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
  • Facilitate operational continuity and executive workflow management


Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives, founders, athletes, entertainers, family offices, or UHNW individuals
  • Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, Operations Lead, Project Manager, or Strategic Advisor
  • Strong project management and operational coordination experience
  • Experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities effectively
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working within high-performance or high-visibility environments preferred


Additional Requirements

  • NDA/confidentiality agreement required
  • Assessments and structured interviews may be required
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands
  • Ability to travel as needed depending on engagement requirements
  • Professional references may be requested during later stages of the process
